Items once booked, it's non-refundable.
As this is a handmade product and every chef has their own way of making the cake. Design may be slightly different than the picture shown with cake. And no refund or compensation will be made for such a reason. Only damage will be considered for any other reason, company design will be final and can't be challenged.
